9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Users may close their accounts through the account settings page or by contacting customer support.

LumixDrive reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities. Account termination results in loss of access to all premium features and stored data.

Upon termination, users have 30 days to export their data before permanent deletion. We will provide reasonable assistance with data export during this period.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Korea. Any disputes arising from these terms or service use will be resolved through binding arbitration in Seoul, South Korea.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any term does not waive our right to enforce that or any other term later.
